Fagen Fighters Restoration
Fagen Fighters Restoration, LLC exists to preserve new and used vintage aircraft parts and distribute parts worldwide to companies and individuals who maintain or restore aircraft. All parts are sold “as is,” which means there is no guarantee of functionality, or warranty. All parts should be thoroughly inspected and/or overhauled before use in an aircraft. The use of parts in an aircraft is at the discretion of the buyer/owner/mechanic.
Shipping and Returns
All orders are processed within 5 business days of when the order is placed. Shipments and deliveries will not occur over the weekends or holidays. If shipping delays or complications occur, the customer will be the first to know.
Damage and Lost Packages
Fagen Fighters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your package damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our team to file a claim or take the necessary steps to move forward in resolving the problem.
We do not insure shipments unless requested so by the customer upon placing the order. Our team will do everything we can to help resolve the issue but will not offer reimbursements or new items in exchange for those that were lost or damaged.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You can expect to receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number by email within 12 hours of when the package was shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Fagen Fighters Restoration is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Returns Policy
Fagen Fighters Restoration has a 30-day return policy for all orders. If the part has been modified, swapped, or changed in any way, we will not accept the return.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimate
Shipping charges (crates, boxes, etc.) and handling fees will be calculated and displayed on your invoice at the time of payment. The handling fee and crate fees are based on size, material costs, time and labor.
Payment Terms
Fagen Fighters Restoration offers payment by credit card, wire transfer, or by check. We are on net 30 terms for all orders. Payments made with credit cards include a 3% payment processing fee. All orders placed with a purchase value of more than $100 or first time customers must pay before shipment. Invoices will be sent to customers via email from our accounting department within 5 business days of when the order is placed.
Late Payments
Customers can expect to be informed when and if they exceed the 30 days’ pay period. However, if a customer still does not pay the bill promptly, a 1.5% fee will be added to the total bill every 30 days.
Handling Fee
All orders include a minimum handling fee of $15 (unless otherwise determined by our team), and increase depending on time and labor, amount of trips to inventory location, and size of part(s).
