PAYMENT POLICY

Instructions

All orders placed with a purchase value of more than $100 or first time customers must pay before shipment. Invoices will be sent to customers via email from our accounting no later than 5 business days of when the order is placed. Our company is on net 30 terms, which means payments are due 30 days after receiving the invoice.

Accepted Methods of payment

As of right now, Fagen Fighters Restoration only accepts cash, checks, and payments paid through PayPal. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or any other online transfer.

Fees

Shipping

All costs and fees, including customs, duties, and taxes, associated with shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Please see our shipping policy for more information concerning shipments.

Taxes

All applicable taxes applied by government and state.

Transaction

Payments made through PayPal include a 5% payment processing fee.

Handling

All orders include a minimum handling fee of $12.50 (unless otherwise determined by our team), and increase depending on time and labor, amount of trips to inventory location, and size of part(s).

Late Payments

Customers can expect to be informed when and if they exceed the 30 day pay period. However, if a customer still does not pay the bill promptly, a 1.5% fee will be added to the total bill.
